A self-proclaimed “Sister of the Service Industry,” Anna Papoutsakis is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University (AS Hotel-Restaurant Management, AAS Culinary Arts, BS Food Service Management) and William Paterson University of New Jersey (MA English). Her first love is food, which has been demonstrated by her many years spent working front and back of house positions in restaurants, bars, and catering facilities. Anna is also freelance writer based in New York/Northern New Jersey. She has been a ghost writer for Ideal Bite from its humble beginnings in 2005 through late 2008, a food stylist for the Food Network in 2007, was an Editorial and Reasearch Assistant for Saveur magazine, the Events Editor for The Food Section, and the Owner and Editor of Party Remedies. Like many starving artists, Anna also works for Starbucks Coffee Company.
