Self Promoting Super Bowl Party

Party Remedies is just over a year old and more than ever we truly believe, “A party a day keeps the boredom away!” You now have over 365 event ideas to pore over and help you plan your next soiree. Since it is Super Bowl Sunday, today’s party is all about using your football gathering to shamelessly plug your business, organization, or other cause. Being that we are Party Remedies, examples will be based off our own image.

INVITATION TYPE

  • Anything and Everything – use every form of communication to get the word out about your event, from social networking sites to picking up the phone.

DECORATIONS

  • First and foremost, it is the Super Bowl, so be sure your home is decked out in colors supporting your favorite team, your table cover is gridiron inspired, and you have a football ready to throw around while you’re snacking and waiting for the big game to start.
  • Put a spin on those traditional football party decorations. For example, if you have a welcome banner outside your home, be sure to include, “This party made possible by Party Remedies.com.”
  • Have business cards and other promotional materials (pens, magnets, buttons, etc.) displayed throughout your home. Check out Leader Promos for more customizable ideas.

FOOD AND DRINK MENU

In addition to you usual assortment of beer, chips, and munchies, here are some Party Remedy themed menu ideas:

  • Appetizer: Party Remedies Seven Layer Dip

Follow this seven layer dip recipe from suite 101, but reserve the cheese for last. In the final step, spell out “Party Remedies” in shredded cheddar cheese.

  • We’re going to borrow this recipe from recipe zaar and once again, spell out “Party Remedies” using wings and celery sticks on our platters.

  • Dessert: Party Remedies Cupcakes

Bake chocolate cupcakes and frost with orange frosting (vanilla frosting mixed with orange food dye). Use decorative icing to draw a football onto each cupcake, and write P in the center.

  • Cocktail: Party Remedies Punch

Staying within the orange theme, mix a 12 ounce can of orange juice concentrate with a liter of ginger ale and two bottles of champagne. Garnish your punch bowl with schools of orange sherbet.
